We have a very personalized relationship with our clients and are attentive to their needs. Striving to exceed our client's expectations by delving into each of our candidates' personalities, experience, home-life situations, problems they may have, their abilities, skills and personal information. Our candidates feel very comfortable talking with us and this gives us an edge in the negotiation process.
The services that we provide include:
Permanent Placement (Direct Hire) - We always take time to learn about our clients company, culture, environment and the description of the open positions. The second step we take is identifying quality candidates and pre-screening resumes and pre-qualifying candidates. We then set up interviews for the hiring manager to fit his/her needs and follow up to make sure those needs are met. Finally we always call back after the agreement has been completed to follow up and make sure the client is still happy.
Candidate Profiling - This entails seeking out candidates that fit a description provided by the client and forwarding the candidates to the hiring manager of the client. Based on the description the client gives us, we pull out key words and desired traits they are looking for. With this we seek out candidates that have any of the mentioned skills and pass them to the client for review, screening and interviewing. This is usually for companies that need a lot of candidates without the large cost. No pre-qualifying is done on Resume Retreat's part for this service.
